In practice

An operations hub for a property development company

A property development company was running its sales and marketing on GoHighLevel and working out of a shared inbox. We built it an operations hub that replaced GoHighLevel.

AI sorts incoming email by urgency and drafts replies to the urgent ones. A person edits and sends every reply. The same hub runs the CRM and sales pipelines, takes call bookings against Google Calendar, and follows up website enquiries automatically. It runs on Anthropic's Claude and has been in use since May 2026.
